Q: What's the difference between the Portrait and Silhouette options?
Portrait gives a soft, lifelike finish. Portrait creates an image that is visible at different angels.  Silhouette is a clean cut-out so it's just their face with no background. Choose whichever look you prefer when ordering.

Because our engraving process is very different from mass-produced pet pendants.

We don’t simply turn your pet’s photo into an outline and engrave it. Each photo is individually prepared and refined to capture the details that make your pet look like your pet - their eyes, ears, facial markings, fur and expression.

Before your final pendant is made, we often create and test several versions of the artwork and engraving, adjusting the shading, depth and details until we’re happy with the likeness. Hours can go into getting a single portrait right but we believe something this personal deserves that extra care.
